How to Use
We recommend that you take eight pills, three times per day.

Warnings
Not to be used during pregnancy or while nursing. Not for long term use in excess of 8-10 days, or use in excess of recommended amounts. Not recommended for use for children less than 12 years of age, the elderly, during menstruation, postpartum, or in cases of diarrhea, ulcers, nausea, vomiting, lack of appetite, abdominal distention, spitting up of blood, tuberculosis, diabetes, hypertension, liver disorders, severe kidney insufficiency, or hypokalemia; and may potentiate potassium depletion of thiazide diuretics and stimulant laxatives, as well as the action of cardiac glycosides, and cortisol.
