Leadership
Wina So Tran is currently the CEO of Solstice Medicine Company. Wina began her career with Solstice in 2001 after earning her degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Her innovative perspective translated traditional Chinese medicines into an approachable and modern dialogue. As CEO, Wina developed contracts that stopped the production of counterfeit products. This led to registering and approving all Solstice Medicine Company products with the Food and Drug Administration. In 2011, Wina was awarded the Rising Star Award by the National Association of Women Business Owners [NAWBO]. She was recognized for her accomplishments and contributions in building a legacy for the next generation of female entrepreneurs.
