I received an incorrect item in my order, what should I do?

3. Click "orders"
4. Choose the order number from the list provided.
5. Scroll down to view the items that were ordered.
6. If the item that you received is not listed, please e-mail us using the following address: orders@solsticemed.com

In your e-mail, please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the product you received by mistake.
  • If applicable, the product that you did not receive in your order.
  • Whether you prefer a refund or a replacement order.
