Warnings

When using this product avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes.
Stop use and ask doctor if

• condition worsens
• symptoms persist for more than 7 days
• symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days
• excessive irritation of the skin develops
• nausea, vomitting, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, or skin rash occurs
• when using for pain or arthritis:
• in conditions affecting children under 12 years of age
• redness of present ďpain persists for more than 10 days.

Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Clean the affected area with a piece of ginger. Remove the plaster from the pouch and soften it by warming the plaster on a pan over low heat. (Avoid direct exposure to flames.) Grasp the two open ends of the cloth and spread apart expose the medicated side of the plaster. Apply to affected area, or as applicable. Do not use more than 3 to 4 times daily.
Children under 2 years of age: Do not use, consult a doctor.
