Adults and Children 12 years of age and older: Take 2 tablets every 4-6 hours.

Not more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.

Children 6 to under 12 years of age: Take 1 tablet every 4 hours.

Not more than 4 tablets in 24 hours.

Children under 6 years of age: Consult a doctor.

Alcohol Warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers.

Acetaminophen may cause liver damage.

Do not use for more than 10 days (for adults) or 5 days (for children) if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI)(certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson’s disease) for 2 weeks after stopping a MAOI drug.
