Take 1 pill with warm boiled water two times a day, in the morning and in the evening.

Do not chew.

For best results, take product during menstruation.

May also be taken for 5 days prior to menstruation.

Do not take if pregnant or nursing.

Not for prolonged use or in amounts in excess of that recommended except under supervision of a qualified health practitioner.

Not recommended for use in cases of diarrhea, indigestion, diabetes, hypertension, liver disorder, severe kidney insufficiency, or hypokalemia (may potentiate potassium depletion of thiazide diuretics and stimulant laxatives, as well as the action of cardiac glycosides, and cortisol).

Persons with gallstones should consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
