Take two spoonfuls with attached mini spoon during or after meal once daily as needed.

Mix with food or dissolve in a liquid and consume.

Children between age of 5 to 12, reduce the amount to half.

Do not use if pregnant. Keep out of the reach of children.

Avoid broad beans, fish, sour or cold food for 24 hours after taking.
